The pink Spinel measures approximately 6.5mm X 6mm so is a “stocky oval”. The 10 diamonds really give this piece another dimension, the crispt white working perfectly against the pink and gold giving some, “always nice” sparkle, 

Ring shank is tapered with a thicker base giving not only strength but also some interest all around the ring,

The pictured ring is a size L 1/2 but can be resized if need be.
